This Triple Berry Red Smoothie Bowl is creamy, delicious and super EASY to make with a variety of fun toppings and fresh fruit!
- 1 Heaped Cup Frozen Mixed Berries
- 1 Small Ripe Banana
- 2-3 Tbsp Coconut or Almond milk (plus more as needed)
- 1 Scoop BLAST Daily Protein Powder
- 1 Scoop BLAST Daily Reds
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- Fresh Raspberries
- Fresh Blueberries
