Triple Berry Smoothie Bowl

This Triple Berry Red Smoothie Bowl is creamy, delicious and super EASY to make with a variety of fun toppings and fresh fruit!

  • 1 Heaped Cup Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 1 Small Ripe Banana
  • 2-3 Tbsp Coconut or Almond milk (plus more as needed)
  • 1 Scoop BLAST Daily Protein Powder
  • 1 Scoop BLAST Daily Reds
  • 1 Tbsp Honey

Toppings

  • 1 Tbsp Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • Fresh Raspberries
  • Fresh Blueberries
