RECIPE: Classic Salted Vanilla Protein Pancakes
Makes 1 Serving
Ingredients
- 1 scoop (20g) BLAST™ Daily Protein – Salted Vanilla
- ½ cup rolled oats (or oat flour)
- 1 small ripe banana
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- ⅔ cup almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Coconut oil or spray, for cooking
Toppings (optional)
- Coconut yoghurt
- Fresh berries
- Chopped nuts or seeds
- Maple syrup
Method
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease.
- Pour batter into small rounds and cook until bubbles form on top.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden.
- Stack, top with your favourites, and enjoy warm.
