RECIPE: Classic Salted Vanilla Protein Pancakes

Makes 1 Serving

Ingredients

  1. 1 scoop (20g) BLAST™ Daily Protein – Salted Vanilla
  2. ½ cup rolled oats (or oat flour)
  3. 1 small ripe banana
  4. ½ tsp baking powder
  5. ½ tsp cinnamon
  6. Pinch of salt
  7. ⅔ cup almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
  8. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  9. Coconut oil or spray, for cooking

Toppings (optional)

  • Coconut yoghurt
  • Fresh berries
  • Chopped nuts or seeds
  • Maple syrup

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease.
  3. Pour batter into small rounds and cook until bubbles form on top.
  4. Flip and cook the other side until golden.
  5. Stack, top with your favourites, and enjoy warm.
