🍓 Recipe: Super Berry Muffins

Makes 12 muffins

Ingredients:

  1. 2 medium bananas, mashed
  2. 2 large eggs
  3. ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  4. ¼ cup honey
  5. 2 tbsp olive or coconut oil
  6. 1 cup whole wheat flour
  7. ½ cup almond flour
  8. 2 servings Blast Daily Reds
  9. 1½ tsp baking powder
  10. ½ tsp baking soda
  11. ¼ tsp salt
  12. ½ cup frozen blueberries
  13. Nuts or seeds for topping

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix all wet ingredients until well combined.
  3. Fold in dry ingredients gently—don’t overmix.
  4. Stir in frozen blueberries. Spoon into a lined muffin tray.
  5. Top with seeds or chopped nuts.
  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
