  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • ¼ cup strong rooibos tea

Method:

  1. In a mug mix together all your dry ingredients (protein powder, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt)
  2. Once you dry ingredients are well mixed, add in the egg, rooibos tea and coconut oil

  4. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes depending on your microwave. (I recommend starting with one minute then testing to see if the mug cake needs longer. The cake should be able to hold its height. If it starts to sink in the mug, microwave for longer)
