High Protein Baked Oats Recipe
Makes 1 Serving
Ingredients:
- ½ banana, mashed
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 serving Blast Daily Protein
- 1 egg
- ½ cup milk of choice
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: 1 scoop Blast Daily Greens
- Toppings of your choice: fruit, nut butter, seeds, nuts, etc.
Method:
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- Mash banana in a bowl.
- Add oats, protein, egg, milk, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and greens if using.
- Mix well and pour into a greased ramekin or oven-safe dish.
- Bake for 22–28 minutes, until golden and set.
- Let cool slightly, top with your favourites (we love banana, berries, almond butter, coconut flakes) and enjoy.
