Makes 2 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 Servings Blast Daily Greens Powder
- 50g Baby Spinach
- 1 Date
- 250ml Milk of Choice
- 3 TBSP Chia Seeds
- Toppings of Choice (Fresh Fruit, Toasted Coconut, Granola)
Method:
- Blend together Blast’s Daily Greens Powder, Baby Spinach, Date and your milk of choice till smooth.
- Mix together the blended mixture and chia seeds, allow to sit in the fridge for at least one hour or until the chia seed mixture has become nice and thick.
- Once set, add to a bowl then top with your fresh fruit of choice and some toasted coconut or granola for crunch.
- This is a great prepable breakfast option. Make a big batch of the chia mixture at the beginning of the week and switch up your toppings each day to keep things interesting.
