High Protein Brownies

Makes 12 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 40g Blast Daily Protein Powder
  • 100g Almond Flour 
  • 15g Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder 
  • 2g Salt 
  • 75g Coconut Oil, Melted
  • 2 Eggs 
  • 130g Coconut Sugar 
  • 5ml Vanilla 
  • Dark Chocolate Chips or Walnuts (Optional)

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. Add your melted coconut oil and sugar into a bowl. Mix until well combined. Add the egg and mix again.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients then stir until just combined. 
  4. Mix in any additional ingredients like walnuts or dark chocolate chips 
  5. Pour into a lined square tin and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes. 
  6. Allow to cool then cut into squares and enjoy.
