Makes 12 Servings
Ingredients:
- 40g Blast Daily Protein Powder
- 100g Almond Flour
- 15g Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 2g Salt
- 75g Coconut Oil, Melted
- 2 Eggs
- 130g Coconut Sugar
- 5ml Vanilla
- Dark Chocolate Chips or Walnuts (Optional)
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Add your melted coconut oil and sugar into a bowl. Mix until well combined. Add the egg and mix again.
- Add the remaining ingredients then stir until just combined.
- Mix in any additional ingredients like walnuts or dark chocolate chips
- Pour into a lined square tin and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Allow to cool then cut into squares and enjoy.
