Ingredients:

  • 1 serving Blast Daily Sleep Powder
  • 250ml milk of choice
  • 1 handful mint leaves
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Coconut cream (optional)
  • Peppermint Crisp, crushed (optional)

Method:

  1. In a small pot, warm your milk of choice over low heat.
  2. Clap the mint leaves in your hands to release their flavour, then add them to the milk.
  3. Let the milk heat slowly, infusing the mint, but remove it just before it boils.
  4. In a glass mug or jug, add your Blast Daily Sleep powder, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt (this brings out the sweetness).
  5. Add 2 tbsp hot water and mix until smooth.
  6. Strain the infused milk and pour it into your mug, stirring gently to combine.
