- 8 Medjool Dates
- ¼ cup Cashews (or any nut of choice)
- ½ cup Rolled Oats

- Soak your medjool dates in boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain.
- Add dates, cashews, oats, half the coconut (¼ cup), nut butter, and Reds Powder to a food processor.

- Refrigerate for 1 hour to set.
