🍃 Superfood Muesli Bar Recipe (Makes 8–10 Bars)
Dry Ingredients:
- 1½ cups rolled oats
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- ½ cup chopped nuts and seeds
- ½ cup dried fruit (like mango or cranberries)
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- 2 tbsp Blast Daily Greens Powder
Wet Ingredients:
- ¼ cup honey
- ⅓ cup nut butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In a saucepan, melt honey, nut butter, coconut oil, and salt over low heat.
- Stir the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until fully coated.
- Press firmly into a lined pan.
- Chill for 2–3 hours until firm.
