Banana Berry Smoothie

 

Makes 1 - 2 Servings

This dairy-free smoothie helps you stay healthy, is packed with fibre and contains the perfect balance of quality protein, carbs, and healthy fats—making for a tasty and nourishing breakfast or snack.

  • 1/2 small banana, frozen
  • 3/4 cup mixed berries, frozen
  • 1 handful of spinach (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon almond butter or nut butter of choice
  • 1/4 avocado
  •  teaspoon chia or flax seeds
  • 1 scoop Blast Daily Collagen
  • 1/2–1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup ice
Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. For a thinner smoothie add 1 cup of liquid (milk of your choice, or water). For a thicker smoothie start with a 1/2 cup and add more until desired consistency is achieved.
